Shaolin Hung Fut Kung Fu School teaches tai chi to North Bethesda students of every age, about 1 mile away in Kensington — an easy trip from Pike & Rose and North Bethesda Metro (Red Line). Tai Chi is our soft-form wellness practice: slow, deliberate movement that builds balance, flexibility, breath control and calm.
