Train in person on Nicholson Court, starting with a one-hour introductory class.
Our school has its own dedicated class space, and we are partnered with and located in a 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art health and fitness gym facility. Every student has full locker room and shower access. Each enrolled adult student also enjoys a full access gym membership at No Additional Cost: the free weights, the resistance machines and the full cardio deck, on class days and any other day of the week.

The school is on Nicholson Court in Kensington's western corner, in the White Flint corridor just off Nicholson Lane near Rockville Pike. Kensington families have been our base since we settled here.
